CLAMPING ACTION:
Once aligned against the squaring stops, Triad's two directional squaring action clamps forward with 300 lbs. of pressure to eliminate warping and from above with up to 600 lbs. of pressure to assure a tight, square joint prior to nailing. This clamping action takes less than one second. FASTENERS: A variety of tools and fasteners can be used on the Sub-Assembly Machine. Triad will mount the power tool the customer wants and needs. LOW COST: Triad's Sub-Assembly Nailer will run you less than one-half the cost of other nailers. Plus no costly wire inventory to carry or pay freight on. Also, there are very few moving parts to cause you costly down time all adding up to less cost. HOLDING POWER: Triad's clamping action assures a tight joint. Most any power hand tool using either nails or staples eliminates rejection due to shiners giving you better holding power than clinched wire. SQUARING STOPS: Squaring fixtures assure consistently tight miter and sill joints. Jambs, brick mold and blind stops are all aligned against the squaring stop prior to clamping and nailing. Squaring stops are set up for RH or LH squaring. Stops are flipped out of the way after the first nail is driven.
