Triad D-2

|
A production machine designed especially for
framing interior and exterior pre-hung door
sets 30" to 54" wide. Machine can be
adjusted for narrow style lights, or
enlarged to accept two 27" wide double entry
doors. The narrow configuration of the
machine provides access to jambs for
mortising and installing hinges, locksets
and other hardware. Thresholds or scab
plates can be installed easily while door
and frame are still clamped in machine.
Handles standard 6'8" doors; can accommodate
styles up to 8' tall by adding a spacer
block.
PRECISION ALIGNED STAPLES The superior holding power of coated staples provides a tight, rigid corner with minimal chance of material splitting. Three perfectly aligned and centered staples are flush driven into each corner. SPRING LOADED JAMB FIXTURE Holds jamb tightly in place for positive placement of staples; assures square, rigid frames. Sill angle adjusts easily from vertical to 14 degrees. CHANGE SIZES QUICKLY Change production sizes to accommodate "house orders" with a maximum of uptime. One revolution of handwheel changes height 12". One turn of handcrank changes width 7". SAFE STAPLING Pushes Staples-Does Not Fire. Staples and clamps are powered by Bendix-Westinghouse Rotochambers that push the staples into materials. A real safety factor for operators and other workers. Leakproof neoprene diaphragms with rolling action provide exceptionally long life. QUALITY CONTROL Clamping cylinders self-adjust for mill tolerance in lumber Memory circuit prevents double stapling Guaranteed consistency of product even with mixed runs. Machines adapt quickly to produce all window styles and sizes, plus door frames. (Double hung, awning/hopper, casements, and glider.) |
