Triad’s Versa-Steel Framing Table can be built from 16’ to 80’ long and is adjustable in width from 6’9” to 16’3” (custom sizes available upon request). This table is designed to drastically increase production capabilities of steel stud wall panels. Materials are quickly set utilizing our patented color-coded stud locators, then fastened effortlessly with the tried and true, revolutionary Triad Twin Screw Dolly. Studs and plates are placed between cast iron stud locators and automatically clamped and squared with the touch of a button. Versa-Steel utilizes a rack and pinion situated under the table, for wall height adjustments. This provides a unique walk-through design giving workers virtually unlimited access to deliver pre-built rough openings or put on strapping. A continuous squaring lip that runs the length of the table will assure a quality, square wall. Providing the flexibility to fasten materials from 2x4” to 2x8”, and can also be used for squaring, framing, and sheathing operations. Production time is cut to only minutes using the Versa-Steel Framing Table.
