Now each and every fastening screw can be driven
straight and precisely, using 2" x 4" or 2"
x 6" material and ½" or 5/8" fastening material. The
Screw Bridge offers
one-man, push button operation and can be integrated
into your present automated production choice for
material fastening.
PUSH BUTTON
CONTROLS
Separate
on/off switches are sued to turn off screw guns that are
not required. Each gun operates only after contact with
material, to eliminate continuous running and to reduce
energy costs.
POSITIVE LOCK
AUTOMATIC BRAKE
Push
button control automatically activates the air brake,
locking bridge into place for complete tool cycle.
Positive lock will not allow bridge or tools to stray
from position.
PARTS AND
MAINTENANCE
All
components of the bridge are precision machined for
longer life, reliable accuracy and the finest quality
available. Solid steel tool bar provides a rigid
straight line with each screw gun individually mounted
on adjustable castings. The bridge requires only
periodic lubrication and adjustments, as stated in the
maintenance manual. Oil cups and grease fittings are
located for easy accessibility. Screw guns are quickly
detachable to reduce maintenance downtime.
NO WASTED
ACTION
Each
screw gun is individually stroked to compensate for
material differences. Automatic sensors turn
each tool on after contact is made. Each screw is
driven straight.
QUIET
QUALITY
Air
release valves are muffled to reduce noise during
operation. Flow control mufflers help cushion cylinder
action to extend machinery life.
ELECTRICAL
OVER AIR SYSTEM
Allows for
more precise control over moving parts. Also provides
for easier trouble-shooting, improved energy efficiency
and reduced need for clean air. Simple adjustment of
air regulator assures correct pressure to the bridge and
all air activated components.

Hand crank
system allow for quick positioning of bridge.
Adjustable pointer rod aligns bridge with studs.
