The Triad Saw / Router
Option is attached on a single dolly rail system mounted
to the Triad panel stapler bridge. The operator guides the
bridge to the desired opening location manually or with the
optional joystick feature. A 3 ¼ HP router is turned on and
plunges into the sheathing and is guided around the
perimeters by the hand crank or joystick option. The guide
on the router bit keeps the bit from overshooting. Upon
completion of the routed opening, the saw option is used to
trim off over hanging sheathing material from the wall. The operator guides the bridge to the edge of the panel. A laser line is incorporated into the dolly to assist the operator in position the bridge prior to cutting.
