equipment needs!
FEATURES:
HARDWARE - 10hp, 3 phase saw motor, 18" -
60 tooth carbide saw blade. Dual V-belt drive
for quiet operation. Pneumatic materials clamps
and hold downs. Twin cyclical feed pusher (no
time wasted for retracting). Three convenient
start & stop locations along the frame.
Heavy-duty steel construction, leveling feet,
painted Triad Tan.
CUTTING - Cuts 2" x 4" to 2" x 8" plates
at 90 degrees or miters them up to + 45
degrees. Cuts one board at a time to accommodate
top & bottom plates of different lengths.
CONTROLS - Servo controlled feed and
blade angle. Touch screen control console,
industrial rated programmable controller.
Connects to existing Ethernet network with fixed
IP address or PC to PC. Uploads Triad .tcs wall
panel files created by Triad "Saw Talk" software
(see below).
MARKING - Low maintenance, high-speed
percussion marking system. Two case hardened
marking emblems. Maximum feed velocity of 290
fpm.
