The Triad Mobile Econ-O-Framer

Triad's Mobile Econ-O-Framer was designed with the highest standard of engineering and materials just for the on-site builder. There are several unique features on Triad's Mobile Framer. The same options are available on the mobile framer as the stationary table. Mobile framers allow the on-site framer the benefit of factory built framing on site. To mention a few: quality square walls, precise nail placement, quantity purchasing breaks, lower labor costs, higher production per man hour. The advantages are the same for both single-family and multi-family complex builders. The mobile framer was designed for giving site framers fast lay-up and nailing of walls. The framer was designed for the automated framing of walls. It was not designed to haul material over the road for several miles. Set-up time is accomplished in a few minutes. Drop the legs and lock the one air connection and you're ready to nail up walls. Triad's mobile table can also be used inside with a full in-line production system, if required.

MOBILE TELESCOPING HITCH AND DOWN RIGGERS
The mobile table has a telescoping hitch system. When the table is in use, the hitch is either telescoped all the way in or is removed altogether. The hitch jack pivots up and out of the way. Four down riggers are dropped down and locked into position for framing. When in transit, the down rigger legs are raised and held up by pins. The main frame is made of steel pipe in order to eliminate the frame flexing, if not on level ground. A tubular frame will not flex like angle iron or I-beam. It holds its position and holds the table's square quality.

The Mobile Econ-O-Framer has gun dollies on roller bearings on both sides which travel along a rail the length of the walls as you work. The hand tools adjust quickly for 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" studs and can be removed in seconds for change if necessary. There are no special mounts required on the hand tool itself.
