Time saving one-man operation produces square, uniform units in record time. The Triad DUO-4 is designed for quick size change ups to accommodate either floor trusses or ladders.     Triad’s specialty designed roller system and a one-button control allows one man operation without fatigue.
    The moving bridge completely retracts to accommodate lift-off of finished product. Optional rollers provide end unloading of finished product.
    Machine width is easily and rapidly accomplished by a smooth running hand crank and Acme lead screw. The standard range is 9" to 18". Optional widths are available.
    The studs or ladder rungs are positioned on 16" centers, using adjustable stud locators. These locators can be relocated to any spacing desired. End squaring stops square up the plates.
    Power required is 80 PSI through a ½" NPT airline. A regulator with gauge is provided at the hook-up point. The bridge is connected through a coil hose, which travels the entire length of the table. The main shut-off is located on the bridge for easy access.
