Triad Flow-Through Steel Header Machine

Triad’s Flow-Through Steel Header Machine helps you build more consistent quality header, in less time, maximizing your labor cost.

Assemble your pieces on the mandrel, which provides a square, internal support. Adjust the width of the screw dollies, from 4" up to 16" apart. Feed the mandrel with header into the screw dolly area and engage with a foot switch. Easily glide the piece through on a roller conveyor table, as you drive four screws simulataneously at your desired spacing. The assembled header slides off the mandrel and it is ready to repeat the process for the next header.

Two mandrels are provided with the machine, your choice of sizes. Additional mandrels are also available, to meet all your header sizing requirements. The Triad Flow-Through Steel Header Machine is air-driven with easy to understand controls and stop settings. Dump all air in the lines at the touch of a button. Requires only standard 110 AC power to operate.

TRIAD QUAD SCREW ASSEMBLY

A unique feature of the Triad Flow-Through Steel Header Machine is the Triad Quad Screw Assembly. The Assembly employs four electric industrial screw guns (model of screw gun can be specified upon order), which are simultaneously controlled and will drive through materials of differing gauges at the touch of a foot pedal. Each gun automatically retracts after the screw reaches the appropriate depth and the operator can move the header smoothly along the roller conveyors to the next screw location. * *
