Now you can have
perfect alignment of wall studs and floor joists with
Triad's Easy
Framer. It combines an engineer designed table
that assures accurate alignment with the best nailing
components available to turn out better quality work
faster and for greater profit. All alignment work is
done at the factory. Tables are shipped in sections
with pre-aligned and welded components. To install
table, simply match numbered sections, level and adjust
to desired size. Triad's exclusive flippers make it easy to locate studs and get perfect alignment without time consuming measuring and marking. The flippers have rugged, machined steel mounting plates with elongated holes to permit exact positioning of the studs. Where members such as trimmers or posts must be located, material is butted against one side of flipper. Each arm can be depressed independently. Adjustable squaring stops for plate placement insure accurate assembled walls the first time. The swing-over feature allows use of fly-bys while maintaining zero setting. The heavy casting prevents movement due to bumping and banging. Special leveling device allows up to 4" of adjustment. The foot has a wide base for floor on permanent installations. The frame is constructed of heavy channel, angles, and structural steel tubing. With the Easy Framer you can assemble walls 8' long up to 80' long. With a quick loosening of the hand wheel you can adjust each rail from 6'10" to 9'2". This specific wall height can then be locked in for consistent quality walls.
