Triad's
Drawer Machine comes equipped with two safety
switches. If no material is present, the tools will
not activate. Drawer height is automatically
determined by the two sensors also. Once stapled,
the tools shut off, retract and the machine opens up
for removal of finished drawer.
Depending on company requirements and material flow. Simple push button controls, "clamp, staple and unclamp" operate the machine. Triad's clean, uncomplicated machine will give you years of trouble-free service. The positive two direction squaring and clamping is controlled by regulated air pressure. Triad's machined moving parts assure you of precise clamping to assure tight fitting, square drawers each time. Quality machined parts also assure longevity without down time. Drawer width adjustment is accomplished in seconds by hand crank and lead screw. Drawer height is sensed automatically. Depth is a simple matter of moving the tools on a slide mount. Tool mounts are also adjustable to set the staple angle. Triad's machine will accept most drawer designs. Special fixtures may be required. Once activated, the four tools rise up, stapling on the fly. Automatic staple spacing is adjustable to accommodate all drawer heights. The tools cycle in approximately 3 seconds.
