The
Ruvo 9700 Door Lite
Cutter series machines
are manufactured to last under heavy use and are
the finest available to competitive and wood
door suppliers. The heavy duty, easily operated
cantilever cutting arm is key to the model's
speed and efficiency. After the lite template
and door are pneumatically clamped, its arm then
follows the template edge as an oscillating ½"
cutter bores through the door. The optional lock and latch boring and
faceplate mortising features provide complete
door machining center capabilities at an
exceptionally low cost.
PRECISE CUTTING The 9700 series is equipped with a fully adjustable vertical oscillating bit which prolongs overall bit life. Bit replacement and machine downtime are both reduced, thereby saving cost. QUALITY CONTROLS The 9700 control box provides the operator with exceptional versatility allowing independent operations for special house orders. AVAILABLE MODELS 9710 Cuts custom lites in steel and wood doors 9712 Model 9710 with face boring added (no latch or faceplate) 9713 Model 9710 with face boring and latch boring added (no faceplate) 9715S Model 9710 with boring for lock, deadbolt and latch and mortising for rectangular faceplates for steel edged doors. 9715W Same as Model 9715S except for wood edged doors. Handles drive in bolts. 9715SW For both steel and wood edged doors using interchangeable bolt on units.
