The model 930 Hercules is
an interior/exterior pre-hung door
machine. The door, hinge jamb, and strike jamb
are all machined simultaneously. The operator
interfaced touch screen (or manual override)
allows for quick change over to machine doors
from 16” to 48” wide, 6’8” to 8’ high, 1 3/8” or
1 ¾” thick, with 3 ½” or 4” hinges and 2 3/8” or
2 3/4” backsets. The jambs can be flat or split,
2 ½” to 10 ½” and up to 8’ long. Stack values
and code errors report makes the machine user
and maintenance friendly. Lineal bearings on
the router bar and router gives you a consistent
smooth operation. Programmable lock and dead
bolt positioning, as well as accommodating
raised molding.
